The Christlum ski arena and the sparkling Lake Achensee are only a few minutes' walk away. Our house is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking and cycling trails, which invite you to enjoy unforgettable experiences in nature in both summer and winter. The majestic peaks of the Karwendel and Rofan mountains offer breathtaking views in every season.

Yes, there is a charging facility for e-bikes. Bicycles can also be parked securely and locked away.

Yes, you can conveniently pay by card at our establishment.
Is there a ski and bicycle rental nearby?
Yes, there is an e-bike and bicycle rental in the neighborhood during the summer. In winter, there is a ski and sled rental at the lift station (approx. 1 km away).
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. The cost is €15 per day (without food).
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
