The prices are per person and day excluding tourist tax.
- Final cleaning once per apartment different € 55 - 80, -
- Free WLAN available all over the house
- Short stay 1-3 nights 5.00 € surcharge
- Pets 10.00 € – 15.00 € without food
- Bread service is possible on request
- Child’s bed and child’s chair on request
- City tax 3.00 € per person/day from 16 years
- Check out by 10.00 a.m.-Check in by 4.00 p.m

In the case of a fixed reservation, we ask for a down payment of 40% of the booking price. You will receive the necessary bank data from us. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the room price from / to the agreed date.
